Discover where your career and family can thrive
Where you work shapes whether you can build a family without quietly losing your career. A company's policy page won't tell you that. The conversation with your manager, the reassigned client, the role that doesn't come back — none of it is written down where a job applicant can find it.
The Thrive Index is that record — first-person reviews from the women who took leave and the colleagues who watched it happen, scored on three things that decide whether a workplace is somewhere you can actually thrive:
- Policy
- What's written down — weeks, eligibility, and clarity.
- Return to work
- Phased return, manager support, role protection.
- Compensation
- Pay during leave, bonus and equity treatment.
Moderation
Every submission is read before it appears. We remove personal attacks, identifying details about colleagues, and content unrelated to leave. We do not edit a reviewer's words and we do not remove a review because a company asks us to.
Independence
The Thrive Index is not funded by any employer reviewed on it. Companies cannot pay to appear, to rank higher, or to suppress reviews.
