Reviews on The Thrive Index are anonymous. We collect the minimum data required to operate the site and verify the integrity of reviews — nothing more.

• Review content — headline, body, ratings, optional role and leave year. Published publicly if approved.
• Optional email address — never published. Used only if we need to verify a claim or contact you about your review. You can submit without one.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) used to prevent abuse.

3. What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your email with employers.
• We don't publish anything that could reasonably identify you alongside your review.

4. Legal basis

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process review content on the basis of your consent (given when you submit) and legitimate interest in maintaining a public employer-accountability resource.

5. Your rights

You may request removal of a review you submitted by contacting us. Because reviews are anonymous, we may ask for information that helps us identify the specific submission (such as the email used at submission).

6. Retention

Approved reviews are retained indefinitely as part of the public record. Optional emails are retained only as long as needed for moderation and verification.
