1. About The Thrive Index

The Thrive Index is an independent platform where current and former employees can share anonymous reviews of how their employers handle parental leave and support female employees. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have first-hand experience with the employer you review (as an employee, contractor, or close colleague familiar with the leave policies in practice).

3. Review content

  • Reviews must reflect your honest, personal experience.
  • Do not include the names of individual colleagues, managers, or other identifying personal details about third parties.
  • No defamatory statements, harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content. Criticism of policies and practices is welcome; personal attacks are not.
  • Do not disclose confidential information you are legally bound to protect (e.g. under an NDA or trade-secret obligation).
  • You retain ownership of your review but grant The Thrive Index a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and distribute it.

4. Moderation

All reviews are moderated for relevance and compliance with these Terms before being published. We do not edit a reviewer's words for tone or sentiment, but we may decline to publish content that breaches these Terms.

5. No professional advice

Information on The Thrive Index is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or career advice.

6. Liability

The Thrive Index is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on any review.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
